Our EatSmart Precision Digital Bathroom scale is great. No guessing as to when it’s ready to weigh – it’s ready when you step onto the scale. Delivery from Amazon was quick – thank you very much. So far, so good – except now we can’t give the excuse about not knowing how much we weigh cause our scale is “off”. It’s right on.

I bought this scale precisely because of previous reviews and I am not at all disappointed.
It does exactly what I wanted for a great price. It looks good – streamlined and modern – and is consistent – my previous scale gave me a different weight every time I stepped on it. I believe it is entirely accurate too because it matches what I get at my doctor’s office (my other scale was flatteringly too light, oh well I knew that already).
It came well packed, it came fast and have I already mentioned it was incredibly well priced? It does not have a lot of bells and whistles, all it does is weight but that is all I wanted. Possibly I wish there was a little more contrast between the black numbers and the deep blue illuminated background, maybe a lighter colored background, but I can certainly read the numbers and it’s minor.

With the recent death of its author, J.D. Salinger, I felt that it was time to finally do something I have been intending to do for years, read his classic. I was disappointed. Maybe it was because I had high expectations after all the hype. Maybe it was because I kept expecting something to happen, you know, the classic building action, climax, resolution thing. This book is nothing like this.
Written about a couple of days in the life of a teen who was newly expelled from yet another private high school, the author explores the traditionally pessimistic, skeptic, somewhat depressing view that youth has about the world created by his predecessors. Written with plenty of voice, this book is an enjoyable read, as the reader waits for something to develop. I could almost hear the voice of this book’s contemporary, Jack Kerouac, in the pages. But nothing does happen. Maybe that was the author’s point. In any case, I found that disappointing.

The product did not work. I was not overly optimistic because it was pretty cheap, but plain and simple, it does not work.

I like this so much better than window shield mount. Doesn’t slide and not in the way.

This does an excellent job of cleaning. As others have said, the dirty water tank actually does fill a bit prior to the soap tank emptying. That said, the entire lid lifts off the dirty water tank so it can be completely rinsed out in all the nooks and crannies.
Attaching the hose is a bit of a kluge. The top of the dirty water tank has to be removed, a plastic section on the tank is rotated out of the way, the hose inserted, and the tank closed. This process has to be reversed (with the exception of the section that is rotated) to empty the reservoir. That said, it works, and it’s more convenient than having to use a separate machine for stairs and upholstery and the spinning brushes on the hand tool make a difference.
Nothing is marked on the machine except in the slightly raised, molded letters on the plastic tanks. At the right angle, if I’m close enough, and if the light is right, I can make out what is stated or indicated. “Hoover, a little coloring would have killed you?” That said, it isn’t that complicated.
The brushes, which spin like clocks rather than rolling pins, seem to be far more effective. I have actually noticed that when the cleaning water has gotten cold (left overnight), the carpet is still warm after I clean it, so apparently the application of heat directly to the floor works!
With serious spots, I was impressed with how well this machine worked in conjunction with Spot Shot Carpet Stain Remover.

The name is a bit misleading, because there is no steam, just hot water. The vac was simple to assemble and it works well. No complaints. The hand-held tool is indispensable for doing stairs, upholstery and small areas where the machine would not fit. The carpets are WAY cleaner than they ever were before, you could really tell a difference. It seems to also reduce my cat allergy symptoms a little.

Works beautifully – great way to pull your GPS off the dash and hide it when parking, without telltale suction-cup marks on the windshield to alert thieves that there’s a GPS available to steal inside your car!

I recently read the Catcher in the Rye, and I didn’t think it was all that great. I found it a bit boring actually. I couldn’t read the last 3 or 4 pages of chapter 25 because I got so tired of main characters whinning. It also seemed very likely that he had bipolar disorder.
The reason why I think I was able to keep reading the book up until the end is because I can kind of identify with Holden. Aside from that, Nothing.
It was basically a book where nothing happened and I was very disappointed with the way it ended.
