I bought this item for myself after I saw the one my brother had. It works fabulously. Just step up on it. Bam, there’s your weight (ready or not). The design is sleek. I give it high marks.

I expect steamed cleaning solution to come out. However, it does not. I can press the trigger button to squeeze some solution. But it’s not STEAM! disappointed. This is a brand new one.
