Kohls had the same machine on sale. I looked online for reviews and found this one (exact same as Kohls) for less money with shipping included AT AMAZON. Arrived in record time!
I have had NONE of the problems mentioned by others. I had an older model and this is like driving my new trcuk as opposed to my dad’s old ‘54 Chevy Pick-up. The old one did the job but this one is far advance and much easier to use. Hoover has obviously learned a LOT in 15 years! Highly recommend.
NO – it is not really a “steam cleaner” but you will be shocked at how dirty the water comes out after cleaniong what you think is a realatively clean carpet!

The Help is an eye opener for someone who grew up and lived in the North all her life. I had no idea Southern girls could be so cruel to the maids , or to each other. I lived in a town where no black people lived and was hardly aware of the civil rights movement until much later in life. This book was really very good for me.
