I liked this product a lot more before I found out there was a new version that was smaller with more contrast and $50.00 cheaper. I would have waited a month had I known.

At the age of seventeen, most adolescents have to make a decision as to what they will do with their life. Holden Caulfield, the protagonist of J.D. Salinger’s novel The Catcher in the Rye taking place in New York in the 1950’s, is no different. He decides that he has to “catch everybody if they start to go over a cliff – I mean if they’re running and they don’t look where they’re going I have to come out from somewhere and catch them. That’s all I’d do all day. I’d just be the catcher in the rye and all. I know it’s crazy, but that’s the only thing I’d really like to be”. Holden is in the process of transitioning into adulthood; however, he wants to preserve his childhood innocence. He watched as his brother Allie died of leukemia at a young age and can’t bear to think of anyone else missing out on the virtues of childhood. He wants to protect his sister Phoebe from the evil adult world as he encourages her to ride the carousel. Holden himself attempts to venture into society, but can never seem to manage. Going out late at night, drinking, and getting involved with prostitutes are things that Holden tries to do to make the difficult transition. However, Holden faces many internal conflicts that prevent him from entering adulthood. He has flunked out of four preparatory schools and feels abandoned by his parents because he knows they will just send him off to another one without trying to understand the problem. Holden continues to search for his identity, and an answer to where the ducks go when the lagoon in Central Park freezes. All readers will be able to relate to Holden’s frustrations, disappointments, thoughts, and decisions. He proves himself to be complex, sharing the mentality of teenagers today. The audience can connect to Holden’s feelings of isolation and fear of growing up. The theme of Salinger’s book is timeless because Holden’s concerns match those of teenagers everywhere in every era. I LOOKED AT WAL MART FOR OTHER HDMI CABLES AND THEY WERE WAY TO EXPENSIVE SO I LOOKED ONLINE AND FOUND THESE CABLES LESS THAN $3 AND AS SOON AS I HOOKED UP MY HDTV WITH THEM IT MADE THE PICTURE LOOK GREAT SO I WOULD RECOMMEND THESE CABLES AS A LOW COST WAY TO MAKE YOUR HD TV LOOK LIKE IT SHOULD…THANKS

The furminator is the best grooming tool in our repertoire for one big reason: the cat loves it. Whenever it comes out of the drawer, the cat comes running to get ‘furminated.’ We also have a ChowChow that tolerates it when his fur is cut for the summer, but when he’s fully fluffed, he actively enjoys a good brushing as well. 5 stars for sturdy construction, ease of use, and kitty friendliness.

I’ve taken approx. 2,000 pictures with this card on a Canon SD800 and a Canon SD940 IS. If speed is your need, do not buy this card. It is extremely slow. Instead look at a Sandisk Extreme III. The 8GB version cost as much as the Transcend 16GB. There is a reason for that. SPEED. Other than being very slow, there have been no issues and card works perfectly. This would make a good card for video capturing, but for photography, you are going to miss a lot of shots using this card. Expect a several second delay between photos because it takes so long to write you last image to the card’s memory. See my review for the Sandisk Extreme III card for a further explanation of why speed is important.

My span actually is less than 30 seconds so I really like this magazine. For the most part, I like my sports articles to be short and to the point, and interesting. I don’t read books on athletes, I’m really not that interested in them. This magazine seems more like short, interesting stuff with maybe some stories going a couple pages. I can’t be in the bathroom that long, my legs will fall asleep then I have trouble standing up so this magazine is perfect for me!

Works very well for 2-bedroom apartament. Fits in the closet easily. Copletely satisfied with purchase. For a house, you may consider to buy more expensive model with extra features.
Vivitar Series 1 High
This is an incredible tool. I was doubtful that it could perform well enough to justify the price (I had seen it at my vet’s priced at $49). When I saw it at this price I decided to try it. It is worth the money. I LOVE it – and so does my dog.
