The scale was easy to setup, and all seemed well. I placed it on the bathroom floor, followed directions to calibrate it. The instructions said to disregard the initial weight as it would be inaccurate. I figured it maintaining a 0.0 weight could be considered inaccurate. The scale calibrated as per the instructions. I then attempted to weight myself. It remained 0.0 then goes blank and turns off. I try recalibrating it… same result. I try a different floor… same thing. I tried new batteries… same thing. Everything I could think to do I did… same thing. The scale is now on its way back. Complete waste of time/money.
I should have paid more attention to the negative comments. I was blinded by the sheer number of 5 stars and wasn’t aware of the people being offered free stuff for better reviews. I’d highly recommend avoiding this product.
Zoo Med WK 10
I’m new to Kindle. I didn’t have the K1, and I received the K2 as a gift. I had been eye-balling it for quite some time, but I just couldn’t afford the 259.00 price tag. I was thrilled the day I got it, and I continue to be thrilled.
I must admit that I loved buying hard cover books. I loved the dust jackets. I loved putting them on my bookshelf, and I loved the newness of the pages. BUT … I don’t have the room anymore for all those books. I’m tired of stacking them to give away or feeling pressure because I don’t have the time to get to my library or thrift store to donate. I always ordered all my books from Amazon. Now I no longer have to break down the delivery boxes or get rid of all the packing material. When I want a book, I can go online and have it within a minute.
Now I can buy and keep my favorite books or the new releases on the Kindle. When I travel, instead of overloading my suitcase with books because I’m afraid I will run out of reading material, I can bring my Kindle.
Those of us who love reading also love our home libraries. In some ways, it’s hard to let go of that, but once you see the convenience of owning a Kindle, you will love having your home library on this small device.
Also if you follow the Kindle discussion group, almost every day you will find a book or two that are offered completely free. I have already downloaded approximately 60 books. All of them were either free or at the most a dollar or two.
I do agree with what several others have said about the screen color. It is a bit dark for me, but it’s not enough to make me want to give the Kindle anything less than a 5 star rating. I can’t imagine being without it.

It does the job okay, and it paid for itself the first time I used it. My carpet was pretty dirty, and it looks substantially better after, but not almost new, as some reviewers have said. I have read that the key is to go SLOW. So slow, I went, but to my disappointment, I needed to refill the water quite often, which was annoying. The next time I use it, I plan to go over the carpet, let it dry completely, then go over it again the next day. I suspect that will produce better results. Three stars is because of the inconvenient frequent water changes for a room approx. 500 square feet.
Theatre and Humanism English
I loved this book. The story is very interesting the writing is stellar. It is definitely a page turner. It gives you a lot to think. I liked how it switched perspectives – that is no easy task to pull off but the author did a great job.
Cisco Linksys Network Magic
We rescued a little (45-50 lb) mixed breed pup that sheds so much. I was always finding her short fur everywhere in the house and on everything we own! A friend who owns two labradors suggested I buy the FURminator. She couldn’t stop raving about how wonderful it works on her dogs. I ordered through Amazon and received my FURminator yesterday. I was dying to try it and since it was pouring rain outside all day, I used it in the front foyer (I strongly recommend using this outdoors).
Needless to say, I’m HOOKED! This is probably the BEST product out there for dogs that shed! My pup has short-ish fur that is a cross between rhodesian ridgeback and boxer and even though I’ve been diligent about brushing her often, this gadget brushed out almost a half grocery bag full of fur! I couldn’t believe there was that much “dead” undercoat on her. I took my time (about 45 minutes) and she loved every minute of it. Because of her short hair, I was extra cautious and used very light strokes across her fur. Still, the bag filled quickly (as did the “fly-away fur” in the foyer)!
Even though she had been bathed recently, her fur now feels so much softer and looks so shiny. I’m not sure how often I’ll need to use the FURminator, but I think this is truly a great product even for short haired dogs!

QNAP Pro 6 Bay
I have two old schwinns (1982 super letour II, and a 1985 World Sport) both converted them to fixed gears and this light is a great edition to making an old schwinn look nice. I work at the bar near campus and this light is a life saver at bar close and cruising around at night. If you are looking for a spot light cruising through the jungle, then obviously this isn’t your light, but compared to my other trek light which is way more expensive, i prefer this light!
The 10$ schwinn speedometer is a good pickup too!
Schwinn 3 LED Torch
Copycat is a great movie. A suspensful plot with many twists and a great cast. Sigourney Weaver is fantasic and Holly Hunter is amazing, too. The ending kept me on the edge of my seat. This movie is not as good as The Silence Of The Lambs, Red Dragon or Se7en, but is is very close.

HDMI is HDMI. Whether you pay $29.95 or $1.50 the results are the same. This is a digital interface and not analog. As a result, if it plugs in it works. I have used Monster brand and Chinese knock-offs and there IS NO DIFFERENCE. Get the cheapest you can unless you want to go over 6 feet at, which point, you may want a better shielded cable.

I got the medium size Furminator for my cats after reading and researching the reviews. I used it and was impressed with all the fur that came out. Then I noticed that my cat looked somewhat bleached and realized that his coat was thinned out. he looks like one of those older ladies that tints her hair apricot but you can see the white roots below. My beautiful black cat now has a gray area on his flank where the fur is noticably thinner and rough from having the top fur removed. The Furminator doesn’t just remove dead hair, it generates more by breaking off the “good” fur. And the fur flies all over the place, sticks to the wall and the rug in puffy tuffs. I was happy with it at first but now I’m going to return it. My poor cat-boys’ coats look patchy, dull and worse than before.
